Delete account & data

Delete in the product (recommended)

1. Open Talkasu on Android or the web and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Choose Delete account and data and confirm.

Request deletion by email

Email hello@talkasu.com from the address linked to your account. We will verify and delete within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Firebase Authentication account
• Profile and credit balance
• Training progress and session transcripts
• Credit ledger entries for your account
